I have a Wayne Dalton Quantum Model 3213 garage do...

I have a Wayne Dalton Quantum Model 3213 garage door opener motor with a Model 02-3039U wireless keypad. When I operate the keypad, remote, or permanent switch affixed to garage wall, the door opens about 2 feet, immediately shuts, and the big white warning light on the motor flashes. Can you diagnose and provide me with a fix? Thanks, Linda
