Question About Wayne-Dalton Garage Door Opener PRODRIVE 3222C-Z
Garage door will not go down....

I have checked the alignment of the safety sensors, and both are reading. The chain for the door will only move a few inches, then retract back. Could this be a sensitivity problem?
