Question About Wayne-Dalton Garage Door Opener Wireless Wall Station
door will not close with remote...

when I try to shut the garage door with the remote it goes down about 4 inches then goes back up. I can lower it by using the wall unit and hold the button in. The door is not binding as I have disconnected it and lowered the door.
