I have a Wayne 1.5 hp irrigation water pump. The pump quit pumping so I started to repair it. I got in apart down to the impeller and cannot get it off... What is the secret to removing the impeller?

0 Take off the back cap to the motor - hold the armature with a wrench and unscrew the impeller.
