3 smart button fell inside unit how can i open unit

0 There are 4 small screws, 2 on each side that hold the underbelly cover on. Use a flat head screw driver or a 1/4" socket head to remove these screws then you can pull off the under belly cover and access the inside of the unit. Unplug the power first.
