Please help. I have been trying to download the ST-TF50B instruction manual but it keeps stating that it not a PDF file therefore it will not download properly. I have two tower fans that I purchased from Aldi. They both worked great last year but now they only oscillate and there is no air flow at all. I have a feeling there must be something I am doing wrong but I have no idea what it is.
