4 Check the button on the lower right. If it is depressed the feed dogs drop. You need to un-click it and turn the hand-wheel one revolution. If this does not work it may be full of lint and jammed. There could be other issues that will cause this too. Joe

0 my problem is feed dog stuck up on my Viking 2030. The button goes in and out OK, but the feed dogs remain up. I think I can get into the machine from an opening in the bottom, but I don't know exactly what to look for. Thanks.
