my radiance model 2600 will light and burn fine fo...

my radiance model 2600 will light and burn fine for a while and then shut off. sometimes it shuts off after only a few minutes and sometimes it will burn for a hour before shutting off. Almost always when it shuts off the pilot also goes out but not always. I have replace the thermopile and the gas valve. Any ideas.
