vanguard model KV140 trouble starting I set tempature control and time delay to start turn on power light panel flashes for four min. Then makes huming noise and fan runs and clicking noise sounds the it stops every function and the green light flashes very fast. Trying to find owners manual for this model #kv140 &serial #140300427
