Question About Vanguard Heating Indoor Fireplace VMH26TPA
vanguard vmh26tpa ventless fireplace...

After the pilot light is lit the unit shuts down when I turn the control knob up. It even does this after the pilot has been lit several minutes. I have a full tank of gas. When I try to turn up the flame it acts like the gas is being shut off. Any help?
