Question About United States Stove Stove 5500M
our 5500m has been full of ash after 3 days runnin...

our 5500m has been full of ash after 3 days running on 2 . . . the burn box is full to overflowing with a bit of unburnt pellets in it . . . all our settings are on auto . . . .last year we only had to clean it once a week, now it seems like twice a week isn't enough . . . flame is aggressive but not out of control . . .please help
