When I turn on my twin star fireplace, the heat only stays on for 2-3 minutes, then turns off & will not turn on again. My unit is only 2 1/2 years old. It worked very well for about a year. Then I started having problems with it. I've already had to replace the blower motor. It is Model #18EF023GRA. Where can I get help to repair it?
