We called twin-star over 48 hours ago and was told we would receive a call within 48 hours, never got the call to help resolve the problem. We have twin star fireplace model #33ef005gra. The on button lights up but flame and heat does not work, I tested the bulbs on bottom of fireplace and replaced them back on fireplace they do not light up.
