Question About Twin-Star International Indoor Fireplace 33E05
My fireplace (model 33E05) heater doesn't provide ...

My fireplace (model 33E05) heater doesn't provide continual heat, but seems to cycle hot and cool air (approx. 2 min. each). It will do this until the room temperature setting is achieved, and then the fan will stop. Is this normal, or do I have a problem with my heating element?
