Good Morning. I have a Twin Star heater which quit working. I opened it up and found that the circuit board had been VERY hot and has burned the area around the fuse holder and reflowed the solder. I've read where many other people have had this problem and Twin Star has replaced the board if the customer pays shipping. Is this still the case?
