Question About Trane Thermostat None
not following settings...

had a tcont803 installed about two months ago. it just got cold. the thing wont run the heat strips to reach temp so it just runs on and on at low temps, just like the one i replaced. i have the outside sender and it is set to just run heat strip below 40 but the thing runs as normal. is something wired wrong or is it a bad unit.
