Question About Trane Thermostat XT300C
my thermostat will not allow me to override a 20 y...

my thermostat will not allow me to override a 20 yr old program. it seems to revert back to it's original program whenever the power goes off. i am unable to turn the heater on at all but it will come on when sleep mode is over.
