i'm having trouble getting on your site. through clumsy programming and website design i ended up paying twice for your service. when i went to sign in your site rejected my password. you said you would send a reminder and that was hours ago. to summarize i've paid twice and cant get on. help!!!!! gbigg@comcast.net
