I have a Trane Thermostat: TCONT802AS32DAA It is set for Automatic. Heat is set at 68. Cool set at 78. It is reading 63 degrees. The outside temperature is 39. I put in fresh batteries 30 minutes ago. Why isn't the furnace kicking in?
