Question About Trane Thermostat XT300C
battery...

My themostat which is not new shows no light nothing like it is dead. Is there a battery? If so can I change it? what size? will it fix the problem. I troubleshooted and replacing the battery was not an option - please help so I dont spend alot of money on minor problem
