TRANE 13I COMPRESSOR NOT CUTTING ON HOWEVER FAN IS RUNNING BUT CYCLES ON AND OFF. I HAVE REPLACED CAPACITOR. COMPRESSOR WAS RELPLACED LAST SUMMER.
