5 Most manufacturers offer 10 year compressor warrenty, but unless you purchased a extended labor warrenty at time of purchase your looking at paying labor and materials charges. The only true way to find out if your system still has a warrenty on the compressor is to contact the local trane supply house in your area and give them your model and serial number on the data plate located on the unit sitting outside or call 448-6703 area code 517 that is my local supplier they can tell you.
