0 Is this a low or high voltage wire? The wiring schematic is on the fan cabinet panel.. Sometimes installers strip the ends of all the wires & only use those that apply or it may taken out for other reasons. The color of the wire will usually tell you what its intended function is. If it is high voltage it will have a wire nut on the end if it is not used and may have fallen off. It is important to know what its purpose is first before connecting anything as this could cause damage. Scott
