I have a Trane XV90 that the blower comes on, but there is no heat. I have also noticed that there is a red light blinking.

0 Is it 2 blinks then a pause, 2 blinks, pause, etc. This is an extrenal lockout, see furnace panel for description of faults. Normal operation is a steady blinking light. Mine is doing this now, trying to solve. My guess is the regulator is freezing (in Michigan, it's been 0 or below). I am on propane and my problem only happens at night, ususally 3 to 5 am. I justed talked to a Trane service rep, the furnace will try to light so many times and when it doesn't stay lit, the recirc blower comes on for an hour or so and then the system will shut down and try to restart. For me, once it's morning and warms up some, the regulator unfreezes and the furnace lights again. Does this help?
