Cannot get the fan to shut off. The air conditioner is kicking on and off like normal, but the fan will not shut off?

1 Check your Fan Relay. Sounds like the Normally Open Contacts are stuck. That will be located in the INDOOR unit. If not the relay. check your Contactor on the OUTSIDE unit. One of them is stuck. They can not be repaired. You will have to replace the culprit.
