My air conditioner is leaking water from an outlet...

My air conditioner is leaking water from an outlet hole to the right of the normal normal outlet hose that dranes throught a tube to my basement floor drain. The result is water pooling on the floor in front of the air exchange unit. What can a do to direct this condensation throught the drain hose?
