My air conditioner breaker trips whenever I turn on the air conditioner. I thought maybe it needs to be cleaned. I saw some dead leaves inside the coils and a plastic white piece sitting in the front inside of the conditioner. I do not know if this piece fell from inside and that is why I am having this problem. I am looking for a diagram of this air conditioner. The piece is not small.

0 If it trips right away your compressor is doing it. If you have a little bit of time you should check to fan mounted outside. Make sure it is clean and that the coils are clean and can get lots of air. NO blockages of coils or fan. Fan should turn easy and spin free. If it's tripping right away you need to test for a bad compressor and for that you need to call an HVAC company unless your an electrician
