Question About Trane Air Conditioner XE1000
Air Conditoner...

My unit cuts on and off and does not cool off the house. It runs for 10 or 20 seconds then cuts off and 10 sec later it cuts back on, then off again. The temperture is set on 71 but the house feels like 80. What is wong with the unit?
