Has anyone heard of a Toyota 401S sewing machine? My partner is a caregiver and would like to help her 'client' thread the machine and use it properly etc. Problem is: stitch length is VERY short and tension has to be at max to get any sewing function. I haven't seen the machine myself, yet, sorry, but I can get more information if I know what questions to ask. Thanks.
