I have a Toshiba RAS 10SKV - RA heatpump. I have the original manual and no where does it give me the answer to what is happening. The filter, timer and operation lights are continously flashing. I turned the unit off at the mains and it reset so that just the operation light came one but then reverted to all 3 flashing after a half hour.
