Can these older style heat pumps heat at temperatures below 6oCelcius? Rodents have eaten the electrics of our old one, and we want to know if we should fix our old one or buy a more modern one? It wan't working that well anyway. It will need to work in temperatures from -3 to 12 o Celcius in winter. Thanks, Jo
