I have a Temco gas fireplace which doesn't turn on. The pilot light stays lit, so I guess it's not the thermocouple which is the problem, but the thermopile. Am I offbase here? As well, no-one around my locale (North Vancouver, B.C, Canada) has heard of Temco and therefore advise me that they have no parts. Can you send me a part if I identify what's wrong with the fireplace? Thanks. Sincerely, Eric
