Question About Tappan Stove 30-3991-23/03

A couple days ago, the oven controller started "chirping" and last night it did it constantly. I unplugged it, and when I plugged it back in, the buttons do nothing, Everytime I try to use one, the displat reads "OFF". The clock display works, bt I cannot set the time. Tom
