MY TANAKA TCP-381 WATER PUMP WON"T START CLEANED THE CARBURETOR, GAS TANK, AND FUEL LINE. CHECKED FOR SPARK OK. GAPPED THE SPARK PLUG. SPRAYED STARTER FLUID THRU THE CARB AND INTO THE SPARK PLUG HOLE. ENGINE HAS NOT TRIED TO FIRE UP.
