Question About Superior Indoor Fireplace DS-36TN-2
Starting Problem...

I can get the pilot light to light, but when I throw the switch to start the flame, nothing happens. I hear the switch click but no flame. This is the first time this year...last time used was March and it worked fine.

0 I have the same fireplace with the same problem - my husband changed a switch (just bought a new one at HomeDepot), it fixed a problem for a couple of years. Now we have to hit the switch 2-3 times on and off before the fire starts.
