0 I also needed a manual for a Superior Gas Fireplace and called Lennox Hearth @ 1-800-655-2008. They then connected me to Superior in California when I asked for the "Publications Department". The woman there was very pleasant and after giving her my Canadian address, I received both the installation and operation manual within a week. I couldn't have been easier. Hope this helps you out!

The woman there was very pleasant and after giving her my Canadian address, I received both the installation and operation manual within a week. I couldn't have been easier. Hope this helps you out!
