5 IF YOU PULL OPEN THE GRILL ON THE BOTTOM, THERE ARE 2 LATCHES UNDER THE GLASS, EACH ABOUT 8 INCHES FROM THE SIDES THAT WILL ALLOW THE GLASS TO BE PIVOTED FROM THE TOP.

5 Have been trying to figure this one out for weeks....GREAT answer above about latches 8 inches from side. You have to reach in about 4 inches to release each of these latches. Thank you!
