I have a Superior Direct vent gas Fireplace built in with house - model # xDVT8-RMNS Serial # 000640 Can't find product manuals, home built in 2000-2001. Has wall switch; I can not get pilot or other to light; like no gas however everything connected as always? I can't seem to find this model/serial number either? anyone help? It seems like when I bought the home in 2004 that my ex-brother in law did something with a paperclip??
