Question About Superior Indoor Fireplace UVFC-500
how do I start this for winter . Can't get it to ignite...

Followed instructions re holding in the switch on ignite and using the igniter starter, but nothing happens. The lead line from the gas line has the red arrow across the line to keep it off and in line with the line to access gas.
