Question About Sunrise Global Electric Heater 13-05020
Setting the humidity level I want...

I'm not sure exactly which model I have but it is one of the ones I've listed. Nothing happens when I press the Down/Up Pads to set the humidity level. The readout shows the percentage of moisture in the air but I can't adjust it to the desired level. Is my unit defective or am I doing something wrong?
