5 I have the same fireplace and I can not find the manuel. my fireplace is not blowing hot air also.

5 Look up Cintrli fl23-r I believe this is the manufacturer. Made in China Good luck in getting any help with your fireplace. Check with CSA. You can file a complaint with them.

0 I miss spelled the manufacturer It should be Cinteli fl23-r.

0 I just got this unit and have no heat at all and no fan working the fire light works but that is the only thing that works can some one help me please I just spent a lot of money for this unit and now dont know how to tell the wife that the money was just thrown out the window.
