Probe in tray does not engage the valve plunger to open valve. Simple solution is to put short lengths of tubing over probe in tray to effectively increase diameter of probe and force valve open. I used plastic tube with ID large enough to fit over probe, OD small enough to fit inside collar around valve plunger in fill cap and about same length as the probe. Seems to have solved this common problem with the product.
