0 Ok, thanks to "clownbuttons" sending me the manual, I figured this out. Don't get rid of the product yet - it probably just needs cleaning. Take the tank off and unpug it. Turn the two gray knobs until the housing comes off, and rinse and wipe the reservoir. Then turn the housing upside down and clean any residue out of that area as well. That's it! Put it back together and hopefully it will work. The manual says it should be cleaned daily.
