AFTER TAKING IT OUT OF STORAGE FROM LAST WINTER, i CAN NOT GET THE MIST TO COME OUT FROM THE TOP.IF I REMOVE THE WATER CONTAINER, IT IS BUBBLING AND MISTING IN THE BASE BUT WHEN I PUT THE CONTAINER BACK ON - NOTHING COME OUT.
