It means the auto safety shutoff system is activated when there is potential overheat or tip over switch engaged. Turn the heater off, unplug and let sit for 30 minutes to cool. Plug heater in, turn on and operate normally. If heater is turned on within the 30 minute cool down period, it will run at max heat for a few seconds then shut down. Let it cool for 30 min.
