I have had this model for approx five years we keep it very clean and do not allow deposits to gather. However, we have now found that heat "leaks" at the top right of the oven door, subsequently causing burn to the unit door. The same damage is occuring at both sides of the grill door even though this door is always open during grill cooking. Is this normal???
