Question About State Industries Water Heater CD64020RTV
No hot water, water pool at base...

Help! I'm in need of the manual for this water heater. I hope I can replace a part rather than the entire heater. I have closed the water valve so the pooling has stopped. Please send info to: jybnva@yahoo.com
