The garage door will only open about 8 in and then it stops. I am able to put it back down, but everytime I try to open it it stops at the same place. I tried to disengage the door from the chain and I cannot lift it to open it. I don't know what else to try besides trying to manually open it - and there is no handle on the outside of the garage door.
