Trying to find manual to help correctly adujst sensitivities. The door opens by itself when weather changes...

0 Mine opens by itself intermittantly also.. very scary for my family. Can't find a manual anywhere. Did you find a fix for it yet? PLease reply to rickp@remax.net. Thank You!

0 I unhooked the button on the wall, and it has been fine for over a month... maybe button was somehow shorting out... only use remote now. Try It .. Or the circuit board may be bad.

0 The tracking must be off on my door. It only opens half way and when closing, the motor runs past when the door is shut. I see the open/close adjustments on the bottom of the unit, but they don't appear to do anything (or I don't know what I'm doing). Does anyone have any advice on how to correctly adjust this?
