My stanely garage door opener ut 300 does not clo...

My stanely garage door opener ut 300 does not close have to hold wall unit till it goes down all the way .I adjusted load limit switch all the way but it starts going down very little then retracts .It will go down with remote if door is not engaged please advise me thanks phil
